Ok, you probably dont want any Christmas pictures now so maybe you could just pretend it's a fat old guy? The fact is I've done a lot of Christmas artwork and I really dont want to wait a year before I submit them. So here comes Santa at the computer. Corel Photopaint except the background which is just a scanned structured paper.

Quite, quite good. Not as much mistakes as merely things I wouldn't do, like the projector beam from the display, - but I am not going to argue about content.

Sick of Christmas or not, this is an excellent painting. I love your attention to detail and the amusing additions to the image, like using a both a candle and computer (talk about contrasting technologies!) and placing the monitor on a stack of books. I also love the obvious feminine touches to the scene, implying the presence of Mrs. Clause. The expression is wonderful; I wish I knew what he was looking at!

Excellent!! I love how the colors are kind of toned down; it really injects a lot of that Christmas season easiness, even if Santa himself looks rather busy!

I think the light from the monitor could be in colder color compared to the candle. Also i think a blue shine would give a positiv effect for the composition; a blue part in the upper half would integrate the blue chair&table even more - especially while the whole background is in warmer tone.
Also a second light-color would give some variety to the man who is a bit behind the right side.
